Coreless brushless motor with DC drive circuit

Even though it's a brushless motor, it can be driven like a brushed DC motor!

Recommended for the following individuals! ◆ Customers using coreless DC motors (with brushes) often struggle with the low durability due to the brushes. ◆ They want to increase durability and achieve maintenance-free operation, but lack experience with brushless motor control, making it difficult... ◆ They do not want to change their existing control method (only ON/OFF and speed control with power)... ★ Our CLBLU (coreless brushless motor with drive circuit) solves these concerns! 【Features】 ◎ Being a coreless brushless motor, its durability is virtually permanent! (Over 10 times that of brushed motors!) ◎ With a built-in control circuit, it can be driven in the same way as conventional DC motors (only power supply needed). ◎ Speed switching can also be controlled in the same way as conventional DC motors (power switching, PWM, etc.). ◎ The circuit is ultra-compact, smaller than AA batteries! No trouble securing space. * For more details, please check the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Peach Boy Series 【Technical Documentation】 #Sine Wave Driven Motor Driver

This is a technical document on sine wave drive motor drivers. It thoroughly explains the differences between rectangular wave drive drivers and sine wave drive drivers. #Technical Document

Compared to conventional rectangular wave drive, this is a brushless motor driver that is overwhelmingly efficient, compact, low-vibration, and low-noise. Sine wave drive is a method of driving the motor by continuously varying the current in a sine wave (sinusoidal) shape. When viewed on an oscilloscope, it is characterized by a clean sine wave, and because it approximates the induced voltage, it is more efficient compared to rectangular wave drive.

[Basic Knowledge Material] Motor Driver with Regenerative Brake Function RB Series

By applying regenerative braking when the motor exceeds the specified speed, it becomes possible to rotate at the designated speed.

Instead of slowing down with mechanical brakes like powder brakes, motion control can be easily achieved electrically. When the motor rotates faster than the specified or set speed, the motor is used as a generator to slow down that speed and apply the brake. The four-quadrant driver is overwhelmingly cheaper compared to servo drivers. It is a recommended product for those who don't need a servo but want some level of control. We offer the technical documentation for the RB series free of charge. For more details, please refer to the catalog. Feel free to contact us as well.
